Defining Life Coaching is akin to defining life. There are as many definitions. My practice involves assisting people to identify and realize their goals and aspirations by making them more self-aware and by developing their hidden and manifest talents and potential. I have the tools and abilities to help you find your own direction. You will not be told what to do with your life, you will figure it out for yourself. You will not be judged. 100% confidentiality.
I have coached many domestic abuse victims, as well as relate to them. There is no need to hide what you are feeling, no matter what your circumstances. Talk with me and listen to yourself... as you speak and I listen, more knowledge and pro-active measures will be made clearer. What path should you take with this person? How does it affect you life, family, job, friends? How do you feel physically, emotionally, spiritually? Are you in need of more or less? Are you asking yourself, "Is this it?"
