I have over 30 years of experience and an advanced degree. I am very down to earth, easy going, and have a great sense of humor. I am a Christian who relates well to everyone regardless of spiritual beliefs. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, adolescents, couples and families. I specialize in trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, LGBTQ, ADHD, anger issues, Lyme Disease, PANDAS, and PTSD.
My approach is to be supportive, encouraging, and nonjudgmental. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to be with you in that place and be sensitive to your needs and struggles. Together we will look at the obstacles you are facing, and work at breaking them down.

I have over 30 years of experience in working with people as well as advanced education. I am skilled at helping people with a variety of concerns and issues. No matter what you are struggling with, I am here to support you and help you with tools to get through your obstacles and difficulties. I have worked with hundreds of people online and been effective in being both a support and a help in making positive changes. I have a great deal of experience working with parents, and am a parent myself.
