Establishing the Liaison work among University, Ministry and Research Organizations for actual assessment and feasibility of implementation of field based project. Besides, I am also managing research cum teaching work, overall monitoring of the project work and coordinating with higher government officials-scientists and other supporting staff of the organization to achieve effective and timely accomplishment of work, fulfilling employer satisfaction. I also worked in the Genomics division in the department of entomology at University of California, Riverside, California, United States of America. Earlier, I worked at National Institute of Malaria Research, New Delhi. During my long academic cum research tenure, I have worked at varied level in various capacities in different organizations. Transforming the work profile and culture in new job assignment in not an easy task, yet challenging in academic and scientific world now a days for a dynamic and young professional. I am having successful working experience of more than eight years in various research organizations in India and abroad, itself a competitive and qualitative proven working track record which is quite strong and supportive eligibility to my candidature for expert.
