Social skills are not always innate, nor are we always born with them. Sometimes years of dysfunction such as abuse, family problems, certain physical attributes can cause us to create defense mechanisms which go against the grain of effective social skills and appropriate interpersonal communication. It takes help and an objective viewpoint to help break down those patterns. I am here to help you with that. I am a Therapist/Life Coach and I will be honest and non-judgmental with you to help you discover how to unleash the social butterfly, whom everyone wants to communicate with, in you!
Experience & Qualifications
I am an author and host of a sex education web series, currently in private practice. I have an MA from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology. I am Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I also have a BA from San Francisco State University in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Human Sexuality. I have 16 plus years of experience in the mental health field and extensive experience helping people towards developing satisfying personal relationships.
